This past quarter I took a Body Image & Nutrition class and it really opened up my eyes. I learned about having a positive body image and intuitive eating. The class gave me the tools to improve myself. I’ve stopped putting myself down and I stopped counting calories. However, I’ve still been struggling with both my body image and intuitive eating. I have decided that I’m going to start trying to post more things on this blog so I can write out all my feelings and stuff. I’m hoping it’ll help me with my journey to mental and physical health :)

I didn’t really workout today. I probably only did about five minutes worth of exercise because I was hurting so much. I’m really sore so I decided to make today my rest day.

I’ve had a rough couple of days. I don’t know what happened that caused me to binge for the last two days. I kept eating until I felt sick. I’m so disgusted with myself. However, today is a new day and I will not binge. I can control myself. I will control myself.

I woke up this morning feeling kind of weird. I took my after pictures for my 30 Day Shred and noticed I was really bloated, which is why I didn’t post them. As the day went on, I felt worse. I started my period -_- My period is so bad that I can’t eat without throwing up. I went to the doctor’s last month because it got so bad, but they didn’t find anything wrong. They gave me some pills and that was it.

Even though I was in a lot of pain, I did The Biggest Loser Cardio Max (Level 3). I felt better and then took a nap. I woke up feeling worse. I waited it out for a few hours. Half an hour ago, I decided to work out again. I did level one of the 30 Day Shred and actually completed it. I’m surprised because I felt like dying before I started. Working out really helps relieve the pain. I’m feeling so much better :)

Ugh I totally messed up this weekend and today. Every time I go to my dad’s house, I stuff myself with food :( I’m so disappointed in myself. I didn’t get the chance to workout today or yesterday. HOWEVER, tomorrow is a new day and I will get back on track. I’m making myself do the 30 Day Shred three times tomorrow to make up for not working out. My goal this month is to survive the weekends. They are my number one weakness. Wish me luck!

My ankle has been hurting for the past few days. I thought maybe it was sore. Now it’s swollen and I think I hurt it badly. I really hope it stops hurting tomorrow. I don’t want to have to skip a day of working out :( I know I need a rest day here and there, but I already took four days off from when I was sick a couple of weeks ago. Anyone have any suggestions for what I should do to make the pain go away?
