I woke up this morning feeling kind of weird. I took my after pictures for my 30 Day Shred and noticed I was really bloated, which is why I didn’t post them. As the day went on, I felt worse. I started my period -_- My period is so bad that I can’t eat without throwing up. I went to the doctor’s last month because it got so bad, but they didn’t find anything wrong. They gave me some pills and that was it.
Even though I was in a lot of pain, I did The Biggest Loser Cardio Max (Level 3). I felt better and then took a nap. I woke up feeling worse. I waited it out for a few hours. Half an hour ago, I decided to work out again. I did level one of the 30 Day Shred and actually completed it. I’m surprised because I felt like dying before I started. Working out really helps relieve the pain. I’m feeling so much better :)
