What is the summer 2012 weight loss challenge?
This is pretty much a group being made to bring a lot of us together, and to give us the motivation that we need to reach our goals. Every week there will be a different challenge - it may be to try a new recipe, or do a specific workout every day. It will always change. You’ll be able to track your progress on a special blog and see others’ progress too!
What’s the point?
The whole point is for a lot of us trying to lose weight, to actually do it, and to stay committed. I want more people to reach their goal!
How do I become a part of the challenge?

The people who are a part of this will be chosen by the admins (the people you need to follow.) Anyone we are considering choosing will be sent a message asking a few questions.The likeliness of you being picked depends on how many times you reblogged this post, how fast you answer the questions, and the quality of your blog.
- We may be broken up into teams, depending on how many people join.
- I’ll let everyone know who’s a part of the challenge on Friday, June 8, or Saturday, June 9. All people chosen will be notified.
- At the end of the challenge, one person will be chosen, and they will be the winner of a giveaway containing 1-2 fitness related items (they haven’t been decided yet.)
